OSBCU Inside the Fight all member webinar on Thursday, April 16th.

The webinar will focus on the following topics:

  • Central bargaining proposals on wage improvements including:

* Proposal to pay all employees that perform the same job the same rate of pay by eliminating steps in wage grids.

* Proposal to pay casual employees the same rate of pay as permanent

  • The plan for the April 29th Province wide Day of Action for all education unions
  • Saturday, June 6th launch of community outreach to build solidarity with parents, caregivers and community members
