OLRB Complaint

As you may know, the unions that represent Ontario teachers filed a complaint with the Ontario Labour Relations Board. They argue that the lack of provincial standards for health and safety during the COVID-19 pandemic is a violation of the Occupational Health and Safety Act. CUPE has filed to intervene in the proceedings in order to have a greater understanding of the issues that are being raised.
